This site provides a useful listing of airlines and airports that connect to Yangon as well as transport from the airport to Yangon itself. It also includes a section on immigration, visas, customs and quarantine laws.
This is a list of bus routes plotted on Google Maps. You can view bus routes based on bus service number, township or bus stop. The website has both English and Burmese versions.
Road Transport Administration Department
Aside from public transport, there is, of course, the option of driving your own vehicle in Myanmar. The government department overseeing this is the Road Transport Administration Department, whose website hosts information about driving licenses to vehicle inspections. The site is in Burmese, with an English translation of basic information.
This site provides information for official train fares and schedules. However, do note that while the site can be translated into English, some sections remain in Burmese and train tickets must be purchased in person at the train station.
