Haryana, Punjab, Gujarat and Telangana are reported to be among the seven states in India categorised as “top achievers” in the ranking of states and Union Territories based on the implementation of the Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) 2020. The BRAP 2020 covers business regulatory areas such as: Access to Information; Single Window System; Labour; Environment; Land Administration and Transfer of Land and Property; and Utility Permits.

Haryana is considered industrial powerhouse of India: Anil Vij addressing business leaders
According to the Haryana Home and Health Minister, Anil Vij, Haryana is the “industrial powerhouse” of India with more than 250 Fortune companies being based there. Haryana is also ranked as the second-best state in the country in terms of ease of logistics and first amongst landlocked states in export preparedness, he said.
